Ultra Fireman

Joe Falcone is a Captain with Delray Beach (FL) Fire Rescue. He competes in various ultra races every year and we talk about the benefits of competing, and also the challenges of having to balance marriage and family with competition.
We also discuss aspects of the fire service such as peer support, retention and morale, and working out on duty.
