Professional Perspective

Matt Jones played professional baseball for seven years, spending time as a catcher in the Diamondbacks, Blue Jays, and Angels organizations. He played as high as AAA and retired in 2021.
Matt now owns and operates One6 Performance – a training facility out of Colorado – that is focused on the development of youth, high school, and college level athletes. We discuss coaching, camaraderie, entrepreneurial mindset, and his path to success.
